College Cuisine provides professional kitchen management. We will manage your full-time professional staff and prepare delicious, high quality food, at an incredibly reasonable cost! We can have your new kitchen up and running quickly and with minimal disruption to your Chapter.

Expect Fresh, Delicious Food from Passionate Chefs

Serving high quality food means using only the freshest ingredients, produce, and baked goods. Your House will eat freshly prepared food that’s made from scratch by professional chefs every day.

All of our chefs have a degree from a major culinary institute, as well as a Managers ServSafe Certification. Individually crafted menus are planned with the suggestions of your organization in mind and posted weekly. And of course, special items and meals are prepared for those with food allergies or other dietary restrictions.

College Cuisine can reduce your overall cost and liability by taking responsibility for your employment needs. Payroll, benefits, workman’s compensation: these are not for the faint-hearted and require an experienced hand. Our time-tested, precise accounting standards and procedures will give you peace of mind you can only dream of!

We also implement strict sanitation and health safety checks, three times daily. We ensure regulatory compliance with all agencies, including JCAHO, DHS, Title 22 & OSHA. All part of the College Cuisine service, designed to provide you with a professionally managed kitchen and happy, well-fed students.

Let’s break down our recipe for success into it’s basic components.

Customized Meal Plans with nutritious and delicious menus, written by your personal chef each week. House directors, we welcome you to be involved as little or as much as you want.

Highly-Qualified, Enthusiastic Chefs will bring 5 years+ restaurant, hotel or catering experience and a Manager ServSafe Certification to your House. We search for chefs that value balanced lives: you can’t make great food with unhappy chefs!

Secure Hiring Practices ensure your House’s safety. We background check all of our employees and allow House Corporations, Student Executives and House Directors input in the hiring process.

A Variety of Vendors allows us to provide only the best and freshest product at the best possible price. Locally grown, fresh produce is the quintessential ingredient in a California Diet and we aim to share that with you.

Local Area Managers will always be nearby to help with any issues that may arise. College Cuisine does not utilize traveling chefs/managers that ultimately cost the client more money.

Easy Billing Options in monthly or bi-weekly terms. We provide a simple, straight-forward contract tailored just for your needs with a 30 day opt out in case your situation changes.

From Presents to Parents Weekend, College Cuisine understands the Greek system thrives on an extensive social agenda. With this in mind, we’re always ready to provide full-service, on-site catering for all your special events. Whether it’s formal banquet or an outdoor barbecue, your chef will be thrilled to make it an occasion to remember. Believe me, your House members will be anxious to share their amazing culinary experience with their friends, family, and the community whenever they get the chance!
